FHES Summer Academic Camp 2023

This summer, Fuse Project was thrilled to once again have the opportunity to provide academic support in the Avenue community by partnering with Florence Howard Elementary School to coordinate the supplies needed for their "Candyland" 2023 Summer Academic Camp focused on literacy and math skills. Thanks to sponsorships and contributions from 30 individual donors, the Summer Academic Camp was able to provide essential educational materials and incentives to 180 eager students.

ABC Program: Inaugural SPARK Summer Camp - Summer 2023

Fuse Project recently concluded its first-ever summer camp, leaving behind a trail of delighted kids and enriched minds. Order of Fuse: Giving Back in a Unique Way

In May of this year, Order of Fuse awarded another $25,000 grant to The Historic Avenue Foundation ABC Program to provide academic support to three schools in the Avenue community - Florence Howard Elementary, Calloway-Smith Middle, and Pathway K-5. This academic support will include funding for learning incentives, the continuation of school clubs (Linking Learning to Life Clubs), and teacher appreciation.

At this grand finale event with live music by Roman Street and good food at Bistro St. Emanuel, we also awarded the Sam Schjott Thumbs Up Order of Fuse Grant for $25,000 to The Cookery Project.
